If you're not happy with your order then return it!

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase from Angel Dancewear, but if for any reason you change your mind, decide you don't like the colour or want to order more than one style to choose from, be confident that you can easily return any unwanted items easily as explained below. 

All we ask is that you adhere to our terms and conditions and return the item in the condition that you receive it, in its original packaging, with tags still attached, unused, clean and free from odour, make up or deodorant within 28 days of purchase to:

Please complete the website returns form prior to posting.

Make sure you complete all sections including your order number and the reason why you are returning your order item. Failure to provide all of these details will result in a delay in processing your return.

We recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot be held responsible for any packages that we do not receive. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that we will only refund the item purchase value and not postage.

Exchanges can take up to 14 days to process. If you require an exchanged item to be delivered for a specific date, we advise that you place a new order and inform us that you wish for a refund of the returned item as we cannot guarantee that your exchange will be processed in time.

Refunds are processed within 14 days. 


Items on sale may be returned for exchange, or credit towards another item within 28 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given for sale items.

All personalised or made-to-order items are excluded from the returns policy so please check carefully before ordering.

As soon as you place an order for a personalised or made-to-order item you have entered into a contract to purchase that item. Therefore once you have submitted the order you cannot cancel or return the item either before or after dispatch.

A full charge will be made on goods that have been returned in a used or unsaleable condition (e.g. damaged packaging no labels, torn, worn, scuffed or dirty goods). (These items will not be refunded)

International orders can be returned in the same way as UK orders, 

For reasons of hygiene we cannot accept returns on underwear, tights, body stockings, socks and hair accessories.

The cost of Postage & Packing will be deducted from refunds on returned goods that attracted a Free Postage & Packing offer upon ordering.

Any free or discounted items received as a result of an offer must also be returned or the full price paid if you return any goods such that the original offer no longer applies e.g. if you received a drink bottle for spending £50 on dance wear and you return an item meaning your total spend on dancewear is now below £50 you are required to either return the free drink bottle or pay the full original price for the drink bottle if you wish to keep it.

Error on Our Part

In the unlikely event that we make a mistake with your order you must inform us immediately. We will refund your return postage costs for 2nd class UK postage only. We will not refund anything above this cost regardless of the postal method you choose. We request that you obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, please return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement.  We request that you obtain a free proof of posting certificate from the Post Office.
